CHICKEN TIKKA KEBAB

 

TIKKA2INGRADIENTS–  300 GM  BONELESS CHICKEN CUBES, 1 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER(OPTIONAL), ½ TBSP GARAM MASHALA, 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE, 1 TBSP CHILLI POWDER, 2 TBSP LEMMON JUICE, SALT, 2 TBSP HUNG CURD,SOYA OIL,2TBSP MUSTARD OIL,1 TBSP KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER.

PROCESS– 

 1.CUT THE CHICKEN INTO SMALL CUBES,WASH NICELY AND DRY IT COMPLETELY.MOISTURE IS ENEMY OF KEBAB.

2.MIX LEMON JUICE & SPICES WITH YOGURT.NOW MIX THE CHICKEN & MARINADE FOR ABOUT 1 HOURS IN THE REFRIGERATOR.

3. FOR 2ND MARINADE ADD 2TBSP MUSTARD OIL AND MIX WELL.KEEP IT FOR 1 HR.

4. NOW PUT THE CHICKEN  ONTO SKEWERS.BRUSH LITTLE SOYA OIL AND COOK IN OVEN AT 180 DEGREE FOR 25-30 MINS.

5. REMOVE & SERVE HOT SPRINKLED WITH CHAT MASALA.
