FRIED ICE CREAM..

INGRADIENTS-VANILLA ICE CREAM SCOOP,PLAIN CHOCOLATE  CAKE,CORNFLOUR,CORNFLAKES,SOYA OIL,CHOCOLATE SAUCE.

PROCESS

1.TAKE 1 SCOOP  VANILLA (OR AS PER YOUR CHOICE) ICE CREAM…ROLL IT OVER CRUSHED CHOCOLATE PLAIN CAKE.THEN KEEP IT IN DEEP FREEZER FOR AT LEAST 3-4 HOURS.

2.NOW TAKE CORNFLOUR MIXED IN WATER & COAT THE SCOOP WITH IT.

3.THEN TAKE CRUSHED CORNFLAKES AND COAT THE SCOOP WITH IT.

4.KEEP IT INTO FREEZER FOR ANOTHER 3-4 HOURS.

5.TAKE HOT WHITE OIL IN COOKING BOWL.DEEP FRY THE SCOOP FOR 2MINS THOROUGHLY (NOT MORE THAN THAT).

6.TOPPING WITH CHOCOLATE SAUCE & SERVE…
