INGRADIENTS-SALT,YOGURT,PEPPER POWDER,RED CHILLI POWDER,GINGER/GARLIC PASTE,LIME,FENUGREEK LEAVES,GARAM MASHALA POWDER,CUMIN POWDER,CORRIANDER POWDER,TERMERIC,RED COLOR,CHICKEN,CHAAT MASHLA,WHITE OIL.

PROCESS

1.MAKE GASES ON CHICKEN LEG PIECE.

2.FOR 1ST MARINATION TAKE 1 TBLSPN RED CHILLI POWDER,LIME JUICE,PINCH OF SALT.RUB THIS MARINATION INTO GASES.

3.2ND MARINATE WITH CORIANDER POWDER, CUMIN POWDER,RED CHILLIES, KASTOORIMETHI,TURMERIC,GARAM MASHLA PWDR, RED COLOR TO A SMOOTH PASTE. ADD ½ TSP SALT TO THE PASTE AND MIX WELL WITH YOGURT(1TBLSPN).

4.APPLY IT ALL OVER THE CHICKEN , MAKING SURE TO APPLY WELL BETWEEN ALL THE SLITS.APPLY LITTLE OIL OVER THIS.

5.PREHEAT OVEN IN 425 DG FARENHEIT.COOK FOR 25-30 MINS TILL THE MEAT IS TENDER..BRUSH OIL LITTLE.

6.REMOVE FROM OVEN & SERVE HOT GARNISHED WITH CHAAT MASHLA,LIME,ONION AND PUDINA CHUTNEY.
