MASHALA POMFRET FRY….

INGRADIENTS-POMFRET FISH,SALT,RED CHILLI PASTE,LEMON,CORN FLOUR,SOYA OIL,CUMIN POWDER,PEPPER POWDER,RED FOOD COLOR(OPTIONAL).

PROCESS

1.CLEAN WELL THE FISH AND CUT 3-4 GASES ON FISH.SQUEEZE LEMON JUICE ONTO FISH AND RUB RED CHILLI PASTE & SALT.

2.AFTER SOMETIME RUB CUMIN POWDER,PEPPER POWDER,RED FOOD COLOR AND A LITTE CORNFLOUR.

3.TAKE HOT OIL IN A PAN.AND DEEP FRY THE FISH…UNTILL GOT COLORED..

4.SERVE WITH CHAAT MASHLA AND LEMON,ONION.
