INGRADIENTS-100GM MINCED MUTTON(WITH LITTLE FAT),2 TBSP GRATED ONION,1 GREEN CHILLI,GINGER/GARLIC PASTE 2 TEASPOON,SALT TO TASTE,1 TBSP CORRIANDER POWDER,1 TEASP CUMIN POWDER,1 TEASP GARAM MASHLA POWDER,1 TEASP PEPPER POWDER,1TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE,3 EGG,REFINED OIL,1 TBSP CORNFLOUR.

PROCESS

1.TAKE ALL INGRADIENTS IN A BOWL & MIX WELL.KEEP IT ASIDE IN FREEZE FOR MIN. 30 MINS.

2.NOW TAKE THIS IN HAND AND WITH THE HELP OF BREAD CRUMB MAKE A SHAPE OF CUTLET.

3.WHISK 3 EGGS,MIX 1 TBSP CORNFLOUR,SALT,PEPPEER POWDER.

4.IN A BOWL TAKE OIL AND FRY THE CUTLET.

5.NOW WITH THE HELP OF EGGS MIXTURE GIVE COVEREGE IN THAT OIL…AND COVER THE CUTLET.

6.SERVE HOT.
