     INGRADIENTS–             

   1KG CHICKEN WITH BONE MEDIUM SIZED,WHISKED YOGURT 1/2 CUP,1TBSP CORRIANDER POWDER,1TBSP CUMIN POWDER,1/2 TEASP TURMERIC POWDER,2TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER,2 BLACK CARDAMOMS,6 CLOVES,2 INCH CINNAMON,5 GREEN CARDAMOMS,4 GREEN CHILLIES,SALT,3TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,2TBSP GHEE,WHITE  OIL,1/2 CUP TOMATO PUREE,1/2 CUP COONUT MILK,PINCH OF NUTMEG POWDER,GARAM MASHALA POWDER A PINCH,5TBSP MELON SEED CASHEW NUT PASTE,1/2 CUP FRIED ONION PASTE,1/2 TEASPN GREEN CARDAMOM POWDER.

PROCESS– 

1.COMBINE  YOGURT,CORIANDER POWDER,CUMIN POWDER,TURMERIC,SALT,SLIT GREEN CHILLIES,GINGER GARLIC PASTE IN A BOWL & MIX.ADD CHICKEN AND KEEP MARINATE FOR AT LEAST 30 MINS.

2.HEAT GHEE & OIL IN A PAN.ADD CINNAMON,GREEN & BLACK CARDAMOM,CLOVES & SAUTE UNTILL A SWEET AROMA COMES OUT.

3.ADD CHICKEN WITH MARINADE,STIR & COOK ON HIGH HEAT FOR 5 MINS.

4.ADD RED CHILLI POWDER & TOMATO PUREE,MIX WELL & COOK FOR 4 MINS.

5.ADD ONION PASTE,MIX & COOK WELL & COOK FOR 3 MINS.ADD CASHEW NUT MELON SEED PASTE,MIX WELL & COOK FOR 3 MINS.

6.ADD CARDAMOM POWDER,NUTMEG POWDER & GARAM MASHALA POWDER, MIX WELL & COOK FOR 4 MINS.

7.ADJUST SALT & MIX.ADD COCONUT MILK,MIX AND COOK FOR 20 MINS.

8.SERVE HOT.
