INGRADIENTS

                        2 TSP CHEESE ( OPTIONAL),500 GRAMS MUTTON,3 TBSP CHILLI PDR, PINCH OF CORIANDER LEAVES,1 TSP CORIANDER PDR,1 NUMBER EGG,20 GRAMS FAT MUTTON,1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA PDR,4 NUMBER GARLIC,1 PIECE GINGER,1 PINCH KABAB MASALA(MINT AND CHAT PDR),1 LIME,20 GRAMS ONIONS FRIED,TO TASTE SALT

PROCESS

          1. TAKE BONELESS MUTTON, ADD GARLIC GINGER,RED CHILLI POWDER,GARAM MASALA,CORIANDER POWDER,FRIED ONIONS,CHEESE,CORIANDER LEAVES,FAT.

2. NOW TAKE THIS MIXTURE AND BLEND TILL IT BECOMES A FINE PASTE, AND ADD EGG,SALT INTO IT AND BLEND ONCE MORE.TRANSFER IT TO A BOWL IF REQUIRED ADD BREAD CRUMBS AND MIX WELL.

3. TAKE SHEEK SPREAD THE MINCED MUTTON AND PUT IT IN THE OVEN OR IF YOU DON’T HAVE OVEN TAKE OIL FOR FRYING, TAKE WOODEN SPOON SPREAD MUTTON AND REMOVE IT FROM THE SPOON VERY SLOWLY AND DEEP FRY THEM IT IT BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR.
THIS IS A DISH IN WHICH MINCED MUTTON MEAT AND SPICES ARE MIXED TOGETHER BOUND WITH EGG AND THEN BAKED/GRILLED.
