INGREDIENTS
MUTTON, GINGER & GARLIC PASTE, PAPYA PASTE, CARDAMOM, JAYITRI, RED CHILLI POWDER, KABAB SPICE, SALT, KEORA, SWEET ATAR, GRAM FLOUR AND REFINED OIL.

PROCESS

1.TAKE 500 GM BONELESS MUTTON RUN & CUT INTO SMALL CUBES.

   MIX 2TBSP GINGER/GARLIC PASTE,1 TBSP MEAT TENDERIZER(RAW PAPAIYA),SALT,1TBSP CARDAMOM & JAYITRI POWDER,1TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER,1 TEASP GARAM MASHALA POWDER,1 TBSP KEBAB MASHALA POWDER(OPTIONAL),VERY LITTLE KHEORA WATER,VERY LITTLE SWEET ATAR,1TBSP GRAM FLOUR,2-3 TBSP REFINED OIL.

2.MARINATE IT FOR MIN. OF 1 HOUR.

3.PREHEAT YOUR OVEN IN MAX. POSSIBLE TEMPERATURE FOR 20 MIN..NOW PLACE THE KEBAB IN SHEEKH AND COOK INTO OVEN FOR MIN OF 30 MINS.

4.SERVE HOT WITH LACHHA PARATHA.
