INGRADIENTS

                      4 CUPS MINT LEAVES,1 GREEN CAPSICUM,5 CLOVES OF GARLIC,1 GREEN CHILLI,2 CUPS CORRIANDER LEAVES,1 TBSP LIME JUICE,SALT,1 TBSP CUMIN POWDER,3-4 TBSP REFINED OIL,500GM CHICKEN CUBES BONELESS,4 TBSP YOGURT,1TBSP CHILLI POWDER.

PROCESS

1.FOR 1ST MARINATION,MIX THE YOGURT,CHILLI POWDER WITH CHICKEN & KEEP IT IN FREEZE FOR A MIN. OF 1 HOUR.

2.NOW TAKE ALL GREEN VEGETABLES IN  MIXER,PUT SOME SALT,GARLIC,CUMIN POWDER,LIME JUICE AND MAKE A GREEN PASTE.

3.FOR 2ND MARINATE MIX THIS PASTE WITH MARINATED CHICKEN & KEEP IN FREEZE FOR ANOTHER 1 HOUR.

4.BRUSH A LITTLE OIL AND PREHEAT THE OVEN FOR 15 MINS.

5.COOK THE CHICKEN ALREADY SKEWED(IF BAMBOO SKEWER THEN SOAK IN WATER FOR MIN. 30 MINS.) FOR 25 MINS.

6.SERVE HOT WITH BABY LACHHA PARATHA,SQUEEZE LEMON & SIMPLY ENJOYYY THE DISH.
