CHEESE CHICKEN KEBAB WITH PESTO

INGRADIENTS

 CHICKEN (BONELESS) 500G CUT INTO STRIP LIKE PIECES OR SMALL CUBES,SALT,
PEPPER POWDER 1 TEASP,GREEN CHILLY 3 N,HUNG CURD 2 TB,CHEESE 2 TB,CORN STARCH 1 TBSP,MEAT TENDERIZER (RAW PAPAYA PASTE),2TBSP COTTAGE CHEESE/
PANEER.

 PROCESS

             1.TAKE A BOWL.ADD BONELESS CHICKEN PIECES AND ADD PAPAYA PASTE (OPTIONAL), SALT, PEPPER POWDER, GREEN CHILLY, MIX THIS AND PUT IT IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR 2 HOURS.

2.TAKE BOWL ADD HUNG CURD, PROCESSED CHEESE(NOT MOZZARELLA WHICH MELTS FAST), 2TBSP COTTAGE CHEESE,PEPPER POWDER, CORN STARCH, MIX IT AND MAKE A PASTE, ADD CHICKEN PIECES MIX IT WELL STRING THE CHICKEN PIECES ONTO SKEWERS, AND PUT IT IN TO THE OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES TILL THE KEBABS ARE GOLDEN ON ALL SIDES,

3.CHICKEN WILL BE DONE, APPLY THE PESTO SAUCE ; PUT IT IN TO THE OVEN FOR 2 TO 4 MINUTES.

4.SERVE HOT.

           

 PROCESS FOR PESTO

                         INGRADIENTS

                                           BASIL LEAVES 1 ½ CUP,CASHEW NUTS 10 G,PINE NUTS 10 G,GARLIC 4 N,SALT,OLIVE OIL ½ CUP,PEPPER CRUSHED ½ TS,PARMESAN CHEESE 1 TB.

PROCESS

              TAKE SOME CASHEW NUTS, PINE NUTS, BASIL LEAVE, GARLIC, AND SALT, PUT IN TO THE MORTAR PESTLE CRUSH IT AND ADD OLIVE OIL, CRUSHED PEPPER, PARMESAN CHEESE ROTATE PESTLE & MAKE A COURSE PASTE.

NB:: IF YOU DONOT GET BASIL YOU CAN USE TULSI LEAVES.

NB:: IF YOU DONOT HAVE PINE NUTS (15 TIME COSTLIER THAN CASHEW)

       YOU CAN USE SOME MOR CASHEW.THATS IT
