   INGRADIENTS

                       CHICKEN 1 KG, PEPPER CORN 1 TS,WHOLE RED CHILLY 4 N, JEERA 1 TS,CUMIN SEEDS ½ TS, RED CHILLY 4 N,ONION CHOPPED 3 N, CORIANDER SEEDS 1 TB,SALT, FENNEL SEEDS ½ TS,TURMERIC ¼ TS, FENUGREEK LEAVES ½ TS,OIL 4 TB,GINGER GARLIC 2 TB,KADHAI MASALA 3 TB,CHILLY POWDER 2 TB,KASOORI METHI ½ TS,CORIANDER CHOPPED 1 B,KASHMIR CHILLY PASTE 2 TB,ONION DICE 1 N,CAPSICUM DICE 1 N,CREAM 3 TB

PROCESS

                   1.HEAT OIL IN A PAN & ADD CUMIN SEEDS, RED CHILLY, CHOPPED ONIONS, SALT, TURMERIC, COOK TILL ONIONS ARE BROWN. 

                     2.THEN ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE, ADD CHICKEN PIECES MIX IT AND PUT THE LID ON AND COOK FOR 15 MINUTES.

                     3.AFTER THAT ADD KADHAI MASALA, CHILLY POWDER, CHILLY PASTE, MIX IT WELL, COOK IT FOR SOME TIME AND ADD TOMATO PUREE, MIX THIS AND COOK IT FOR 7 TO 10 MINUTES AND ADD ONION DICE, CAPSICUM DICE, MIX IT, ADD CREAM, KASOORI METHI, CHOPPED CORIANDER AND ADD LEFT OVER KADHAI MASALA MIX THIS AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME.

                    4.SERVE HOT WITH ROTI,NUN,PARATHA.

FOR KADHAI MASALA

HEAT A PAN ADD RED CHILLY, PEPPER CORNS, JEERA, CORIANDER SEEDS, FENNEL SEEDS, DRY ROAST THESE INGREDIENTS, ADD FENUGREEK LEAVES AND TOSS IT TRANSFER IN TO A PLATE AND COOL IT DOWN MAKE INTO A COARSE POWDER.
