INGRADIENTS

                        16 CHICKEN LOLLYPOPS,2 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE, SALT,1 TEASP CRUSHED BLACK PEPPERCORNS,1 TBSP SOYA SAUCE,OIL FOR DEEP FRYING,1TBSP CHOPPED GINGER,1 TBSP CHOPPED GARLIC,2 TBSP RED CHILLI PASTE,1/2 CUP REFINED FLOUR,1/2 CUP CORNFLOUR,1/2 EGG, CHOPPED CORRIANDER FOR GARNISHING.

 PROCESS

                1.COMBINE CHICKEN LOLLYPOPS,GINGER GARLIC PASTE,SALT, 1/2 TEASP CRUSHED PEPPERCORNS,SOYA SAUCE IN A BOWL & MIX WELL. MARINATE THE CHICKEN FOR 30 MINS.

               2.HEAT SUFFICIENT OIL IN A KADAI(BOWL).

              3.COMBINE GINGER,GARLIC,EGG,RED CHILLI PASTE,REFINED FLOUR, CORNFLOUR,SALT & REMAINING CRUSHED PEPPERCORNS IN ANOTHER BOWL & MIX WELL.ADD LITTLE WATER & MIX WELL TILL A THICK BATTER IS FORMED.

             4.DIP MARINATED LOLLYPOPS IN THE BATTER & DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN.DRAIN ON ABSORBENT PAPER.

             5.NOW TOSS THESE LOLLYPOPS ON NONSTICK FRYING PAN WITH HOT & SWEET SAUCE PREPARED BY ME.(RECIPIE IS ALSO GIVEN).

             6.SERVE HOT.
