INGRADIENTS

                         CORIANDER CRUSHED 1 TB,CORIANDER CHOPPED 2 B,ONION CHOPPED 1 N,SALT,GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 TS,CHOLE MASALA 1 TB,CHILLY POWDER 1 TS,TOMATOES CHOPPED 2 N,KABULI CHANA (GARBANZO) 250 G,OIL 2 TB

PROCESS

                    1.HEAT OIL IN A PAN. ADD CRUSHED CORIANDER, CHOPPED CORIANDER, SAUTÉ IT AND ADD CHOPPED ONIONS, SALT, SAUTÉ IT FOR A MINUTE AND ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE, COOK THIS TILL RAW FLAVOUR IS GONE,

                   2.ADD CHOLE MASALA POWDER, CHILLY POWDER, ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES, COOK THIS TILL TENDER, ADD KABULI CHANA (GARBANZO), MIX IT WELL AND SAUTÉ IT FOR 2 MINUTES, THEN SWITCH OFF THE FLAME.

3.SERVE THIS WITH NAAN, CHAPATHI OR FULKO LUCHI.
