  INGRADIENTS–               FOR 4 KULFIS

                       3 CUPS OF MILK,2 CUPS MILK POWDER,5 TBSP SUGAR,2 TBSP ELAICHI POWDER,ALMOND,PISTA,CASHEW,PINCH OF SAFFRON,1 CUP FRESH CREAM.

 PROCESS

               1.TAKE A BOWL & POUR THE MILK,MILK POWDER & SUGAR INTO THIS….

              2.AFTER HEATING UP,MIX THE SAFFRON & SWITCH OFF THE FLAME & MIX THE FRESH CREAM & DRY FRUITS.KEEP ASIDE FOR COOLING.

              3.AFTER COOLING POUR IT INTO KULFI MOULD & KEEP IT INTO DEEP FREEZER FOR MINIMUM 10 HOURS.THEN SERVE.
