INGRADIENTS

                         1 LARGE CHICKEN LEGS,100 GM COTTAGE CHEESE,20 GM PROCESSED CHEESE,100 GM HUNG CURD,1TBSP WHITE PEPPER POWDER,SALT,3TBSP OIL,2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIS,1TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,1 TBSP LEMON JUICE,1 TBSP ELAICHI POWDER.MACE 1FLOWER,2TBSP CORNFLOUR.

  PROCESS

                 1.1ST MARINATION– SLIT ON CHICKEN LEG BY KNIFE.THEN MARINATE IT WITH CURD,SALT,PEPPER POWDER.KEEP IT IN FREEZER FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR.

                 2.2ND MARINATION– MIX ALL OTHER INGRADIENTS WITH THE MARINATED CHICKEN WELL, AND KEEP IT FOR MINIMUM 1HR.

                 3.PREHEAT OVEN/TANDOOR FOR 10 MINS AT 180 DEGREE AND THEN COOK THE CHICKEN FOR 15-20 MINS.( USE THE MIXTURE AS A COATINE OVER CHICKEN)

                 4.SERVE HOT WITH YAKHNI PULAO OR PARATHAS….ITS REALLY SOFT,MELTING IN YOUR MOUTH.
