INGRADIENTS

                      4 EGGS,2 LARGE ONIONS DICED,1TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,SALT,2 GREEN CHILLIES,4 TBSP OIL,2TBSP RED CHILLI SAUCE,1 TBSP SOYA SAUCE,1 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER(IF YOU DON’T WANT SO FIERY,AVOID THIS),1TBSP TOMATO SAUCE.

 PROCESS–     

             1.BOIL THE EGGS.  

            2.TAKE OIL ON A HOT PAN.AFTER 1MIN ADD ONIONS,GREEN CHILLIES.NICELY SAUTE IT.THEN ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE.

            3.NOW ADD EGGS AND SALT.COOK ABOUT 5 MINS.

            4.ADD CHILLI SAUCE,SOYA SAUCE,TOMATO SAUCE & CHILLI POWDER.COOK WELL FOR 5-10 MINS.

            5.SERVE HOT THIS DRY CHILLI EGG WITH PARATHAS OR FRIED RICE.
