INGREDIENTS                       BASMATI RICE 4TBSP,MILK 4.5 CUP,SUGAR TO TASTE,,1 CUP MANGO PULP,1 TEASP CARDAMOM POWDER,KHEWDA WATER FEW DROPS,PISTACHIO FOR GARNISHING.

PROCESS               1.SOAK THE RICE IN WATER FOR ATLEAST 1HOUR.THEN MAKE A PASTE IN MIXER.PLEASE DON’T MAKE A COMPLETE FINE PASTE.(ABOUT 90%).             

                                2.HEAT THE MILK IN A NONSTICK BOWL.STIR CONTINUOUSLY. AFTER HEATING ADD RICE PASTE.STIR FOR 10 MINS.SEE THE THICKENING HAS STARTED.ADD CARDAMOM POWDER.              

                                3.ADD MANGO PULP & SUGAR.STIR AGAIN FOR 5MINS & SEE IF THE MILK HAS THICKEN WELL.                                

                                4.THEN SWITCH OFF FLAME & MIX KHEWDA WATER.COOL IT IN ROOM TEMPARATURE.                                              

                                5.KEEP IT IN FREEZE FOR 1 HR.            

                                6.SERVE IN A CLAYPOT WITH GARNISHING BY PISTACHIO OR MANGO PULP. PHIRNI1 PHIRNI2
