INGREDIENTS

                      CREAM PANEER 300GM,SALT,CHOPPED CASHEW,RAISINS,1TEASP CARDAMOM POWDER,4 BOILED ONIONS,1TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,2TBSP OIL,OIL FOR DEEP FRY,1/2 CUP CASHEW PASTE,2 BAY LEAF,4 CARDAMOM,2TBSP CREAM,2TBSP CORNFLOWER,3-4 GREEN CHILLI,1 TEASP SUGAR.

PROCESS-

             1.ROAST THE CASHEW,RAISINS.

            2.SMASH PANEER BY HAND.MIX CORNFLOWER,CARDAMOM POWDER & SALT.MAKE ROUND SHAPE BALLS BY IT & STUFF THE CASHEW,RAISINS INTO THEM.

            3.DEEP FRY THEM IN OIL BUT DON’T MAKE BROWN COLOURED.

            4.FOR GRAVY- TAKE 2TBSP OIL IN PAN,GIVE BAY LEAF & CARDAMOM.

            5.ADD BOILED ONION PASTE.STIR WELL.MIX GINGER GARLIC PASTE.STIR WELL.

            6.ADD CASHEW NUT PASTE.STIR WELL FOR 6-8  MIN.IT IS COOKED WHEN CASHEW NUT PASTE FORM A LUMP.

            7.ADD 3-4 SLIT GREEN CHILLI.KEEP STIRRING.

            8.ADD 3 CUP OF WATER.BOIL GRAVY.ADD SALT,SUGAR & CREAM.

            9.ADD KOFTAS IN THE GRAVY.

           10.SERVE HOT.
