                      500 GM BONELESS CHICKEN CUBED,1TEASP CUMIN SEEDS, OIL FOR DEEP FRY,2TBSP OIL,3-4 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES,1 EGG,5TBSP CORNFLOWER,SALT,8-10 CLOVES OF GARLIC,1TBSP GINGER,3 TBSP SOYA SAUCE,1TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,1TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER,2TBSP RED CHILLI PASTE,PINCH OF SUGAR,GREEN ONION FOR GARNISH,100GM CURD,4 ONION CHOPPED.

PROCESS

              1.MARINATE CHICKEN WITH SALT,RED CHILLI POWDER,GINGER GARLIC PASTE & CURD FOR MIN. 1 HR.

             2.MAKE A BATTER WITH EGG & CORNFLOWER & MIX THE CHICKEN INTO BATTER & DEEP FRY THEM.

            3.FOR MANCHURIAN SAUCE,TAKE OIL IN A PAN.GIVE CUMIN SEEDS.AFTER THAT ADD ONION & GREEN CHILLI.NICELY SAUTE.

            4.THEN ADD GINGER & GARLIC & SAUTE IT.

            5.ADD A LITTLE SUGAR & SOYA SAUCE.(DARK SOYA SAUCE PREFFERED).

            6.THN ADD SALT & GREEN ONION.

            7.IF YOU WANT GRAVY ADD WATER & BOIL.THEN ADD 2TBSP CORNFLOWER MIXED WATER TO THICKEN.

            8.MIX THE CHICKEN INTO SAUCE & ENJOY…
