KEEHMA STUFFED GOURD(PATOL)

INGREDIENTS

                       5 POINTED GOURD (PATOL),200 GM MINCED CHICKEN, 1TEASP GARAM MASHALA POWDER,SALT,4 BOILED ONION PASTE, 5TBSP CURD,2TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,1TEASP CARDAMOM POWDER, 2ONIONS FRIED,WHOLE GARAM MASHLA,1TBSP CHILLI POWDER,2 GREEN CHILLIS,2TBSP CREAM,1TEASP CORRIANDER POWDER,1 TEASP CUMIN POWDER,1 TEASP TURMERIC,1/2 CUP YOGURT,1/4 TH CUP CASHEWNUT PASTE, OIL

PROCESS

  1. MARINATE CHICKEN WITH CURD,SALT,CUMIN & CORRIANDER POWDER,GARAM MASHLA POWDER,TURMERIC POWDER,CHILLI POWDER,GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 TBSP & KEEP IT FOR AT LEAST ½ HR.
  2. TAKE 3TBSP OIL ON PAN.AFTER HEATING SAUTE THE FRIED ONIONS.THEN COOK CHICKEN FOR 10 MINS.KEEP IT ASIDE FOR COOLING.
  3. TAKE OUT SEEDS OF GOURD FROM SIDE BY SPOON AND FRY THEM A LITTLE WITH LITTLE OIL.
  4. STUFF THE GOURD WITH COOKED CHICKEN WELL.
  5. TAKE A PAN.TAKE 3-4 TBSP OIL.GIVE WHOLE GARAM MASHLA AND GREEN CHILLIS INTO IT.
  6. AFTER FEW MIN GIVE BOILED ONION PASTE AND SAUTE FOR 1 MIN.KEEP IN MIND IT SHOULDNOT GET COLOURED.
  7. MIX GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE TILL THE RAW FLAVOUR GONE.
  8. MIX YOGURT AND CASHEW PASTE & SAUTE FOR 3 MINS.
  9. GIVE THE GOURDS AND LITTLE WATER AND PUT THE LEAD ON FOR FEW MINS TO BOIL.
  10. SERVE HOT . ENJOYYYY….HAPPY COOKING….
