INGREDIENTS

                      1 BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST,100 GM CURD,1TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,SALT,4TBSP CORNFLOWER,1 TEASP CUMIN POWDER,1 TEASP CORRIANDER POWDER,1 TBSP RES CHILLI POWDER,1 TEASP ORIGANO,1 TEASP CHILLI FLAKES,CHERRIES,BARBEQUE  SKEWER SMALL,OIL TO DEEP FRY

PROCESS

  1. CUT CHICKEN BREAST INTO 5 CHICKEN STRIPS.
  2. MARINATE CHICKEN WITH ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CORNFLOWER.
  3. MAKE A BATTER WITH CORNFLOWER.DIP THE STRIPS INTO IT & MAKE IT ROUND AS PICTURE AROUND A CHERRY.PIN A SOAKED SKEWER ALONG THE CHERRY INTO CHICKEN STRIPS.
  4. DEEP FRY INTO MEDIUM HOT OIL FOR 5 MINS.
  5. SERVE AFTER TAKING OFF THE SKEWER.
