INGREDIENTS

                       1KG CHICKEN LEGS(4 PC),50GM SATTOO,1TBSP KASHMIRI MIRCH POWDER,1 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER,SALT,1DROP MITHA ATAR, 1 TEASP KHEWDA WATER,1TBSP GARAM MASHLA POWDER,1TBSP GINGER PASTE,1TBSP GARLIC PASTE,1GM WATER DILUTED SAFFRON,100 GM CURD, 2TBSP CASHEW PASTE,GHEE & OIL FOR COOKING.

PROCESS

  1. MARINATE WITH ALL INGREDIENTS & KEEP IT FOR 2-4 HRS.
  2. TAKE A LAGAN OR FLAT KADHAI.HEAT GHEE & OIL.
  3.   COOK THE MARINATED CHICKEN IN SLOW FLAME FOR 30-35 MINS.
  4. SERVE WITH PARATHA OR BIRYANI.
