SHEZWAN PANEER CALZONE

CALZONE

INGREDIENTS

                       ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 1 CUP, YEAST ½ TSP, SUGAR ½ TSP, SALT TO TASTE ,OLIVE OIL OR REGULAR OIL 1 TSP ,PIZZA SAUCE ½ CUP, ONION 1 ,CAPSICUM 1 TOMATOES 1 ,SWEETCORN ¼ CUP, PANEER 100GM,GREEN CHILLIES 1 ,ROSEMARY ½ TSP OREGANO ½ TSP ,PIZZA CHEESE ½ CUP ,BUTTER ¼ CUP,SHEZWAN SAUCE 2TBSP

PROCESS

  1. TAKE ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, YEAST, SUGAR, SALT, OLIVE OIL OR REGULAR OIL IN A BOWL.
    NOW ADD WATER AND MAKE A SOFT DOUGH WHICH SHOULD BE STICKING TO YOUR HAND.
    LET IT REST FOR 1 HR IN A WARM PLACE.
    2.AFTER 1 HR IT BECOMES DOUBLE IN SIZE. TAKE SMALL PORTION OF DOUGH, DUST IT WITH LITTLE FLOUR AND ROLL IT WITH THE ROLLING PIN.
    ROLL IT IN OVAL SHAPE AND THEN TRANSFER IN A BAKING TRAY.
    3.APPLY PIZZA SAUCE IN BETWEEN THEN ADD PIECES OF ONION, CAPSICUM, TOMATOES, SWEETCORN,PANEER(SAUTE WITH SHEZWAN SAUCE) , GREEN CHILLIES.
    ALSO ADD HERBS LIKE ROSEMARY, OREGANO, PIZZA CHEESE.
    4.THEN WITH A PIZZA CUTTER CUT THE EDGES BOTH THE SIDES AND SEAL IT BY APPLYING LITTLE WATER TO THE EDGES.
    5.GIVE BUTTER WASH AND THEN BAKE IT FOR 15 MIN AT 200 DEGREES CENTIGRADE IN A OVEN.
    6.AFTER 15-20 MIN REMOVE IT FROM OVEN AND SERVE HOT.
