INGREDIENTS

                       10 LARGE PRAWNS,1TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER,1 GREEN CAPSICUM CUBED,2 BELL PAPERS RED & YELLOW CUBED,2 LARGE ONIONS CUBED,SALT,1 BUNCH GREEN ONION CHOPPED,2TBSP SOYA SAUCE,2 GREEN CHILLI,1 EGG, 4 TBSP CORNFLOUR,OIL FOR DEEP FRY,4 TBSP OIL,GARLIC 4CLOVES CHOPPED,GINGER 1TBSP CHOPPED,2TBSP RED CHILLI SAUCE,2 TBSP OYSTER SAUCE,1TBSP SUGAR,1 TEASP LEMON JUICE,CASHEW.

PROCESS-

  1. MARINATE PRAWNS WITH RED CHILLI POWDER,SALT,1 TEASP SOYA SAUCE FOR 30 MINS.
  2. MAKE A BATTER OF WATER,SALT,EGG & CORNFLOUR.
    DEEP FRY THE PRAWN AFTER MIXING INTO BATTER.
  3. TAKE OIL ON HEATED PAN.SAUTE GINGER & GARLIC A LITTLE.THEN ADD ALL VEGETABLES,SALT AND STIR FRY FOR 5MINS ON HIGH FLAME.ADD CASHEW.
  4. THEN ADD SOYA SAUCE,CHILLI SAUCE & OYSTER SAUCE.

  STIR WELL 5MINS.THEN ADD WATER.AFTER BOILING ADD FRIED PRAWNS AND A LITTLE CORNFLOUR-WATER BATTER TO THICKEN.

  1. SPREAD GREEN ONION FOR GARNISH.
  2. SERVE HOT WITH FRIED RICE.
