INGREDIENTS

500 GM BABY POTATO(OR BIG POTATO CUT INTO 2PIECES),150 GM CURD,2TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER,1TBSP KASHMIRI  RED CHILLI PASTE,1 TEASP CUMIN POWDER,1 TEASP CORRIANDER POWDER,SALT,2TBSP CASHEW NUT PASTE,2 TBSP GRINDED COCONUT,PINCH OF TURMERIC,4TBSP OIL,I BAY LEAF,1 GREEN CHILLI,1TBSP CHOPPED GINGER,5TBSP OIL,

 

   PROCESS-      

  1. MAKE A BATTER WITH CURD, CUMIN POWDER, CORRIANDER POWDER,CHILLI POWDER,CHILLI PASTE,SALT.
  2. HEAT OIL ON A PAN.ADD BAY LEAF & THEN THE GREEN CHILLI & GINGER.SAUTE 2 MINS.
  3. THEN ADD POTATOES,TURMERIC  & FRY THEM 5-6 MINS.NOW ADD THE PREPARED BATTER MIXTURE.COOK 4 MINS.
  4. ADD CASHEW NUT & COCONUT.COOK 5 MINS.
  5. WHEN OIL COMES OUT , IT IS COOKED.YOU CAN ADD A LITTLE WATER,OR NOT.(OPTIONAL).
  6.   SERVE HOT WITH FULKO,PARATHA,KACHORI.
