INGREDIENTS

                      BROCCOLI FLORETS 100g,BABY CORN(SLICED) 3NO.

CAPSICUM CUBES(YELLOW, RED AND GREEN) 1NO.,RED CABBAGE(ROUGHLY CHOPPED)  50G

PANEER CUBES (COTTAGE CHEESE) 50G,SESAME SEEDS (TIL) 1TSP

GARLIC CLOVES,(CHOPPED) 3 NO,GRATED GINGER 1NO.HOISIN SAUCE  5ML,BUTTER                                     1TBSP,SALT TO TASTE,BASMATI RICE (COOKED)  250G,TOMATO KETCHUP 50ML

CHILLI PASTE 1 TBSP

 

PROCESS-

  1. IN A HOT PAN ADD BUTTER AND CRACKLE THE SESAME SEEDS, ADD THE CHOPPED GINGER, GARLIC COOK TILL JUST SAUTED.
  2. ADD THE BROCCOLI, BABY CORN,  CAPSICUM, RED CABBAGE AND SPLASH OF WATER, COOK IN A SLOW FLAME, TILL THEY BECOME TENDER.
  3. ADD BAR B QUE COTTAGE CHEESE & COOKED RICE AND STIR FRY ALONG WITH THE VEGETABLES.  
  4. FINALLY, ADD THE HOISIN SAUCE, SALT,CHILLI PASTE AND TOMATO KETCHUP AND MIX WELL AND CHECK THE SEASONING.
  5. SERVE HOT.
