CHEF SPECIAL- Its royal AWADHI delicacy from my kitchen.Its my signature dish & rich in taste with blend of walnut,saffron, cheese & rose water.

INGREDIENTS

                       2 BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST CUT INTO 4 LARGE PIECES,1TBSP LEMON JUICE,1 TEASP CUMIN POWDER,1TEASP CORRIANDER POWDER,1 TEASP TURMERIC POWDER,SALT,HUNG CURD 100GM,25 GM WALNUT CHOPPED FINELY, ½ GRAM SAFFRON MIXED IN MILK,100 GM COTTAGE CHEESE,1DROP ROSE WATER,OIL FOR BRUSHING,1 TEASP CARDAMOM POWDER,RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TBSP,KASHMIRI RED CHILLI PASTE 1TBSP.

PROCESS-

  1. 1ST MARINATE THE CHICKEN PIECES WITH HUNG CURD,CHEESE,SALT,CHILLI POWDER,CHILLI PASTE & TURMERIC POWDER.KEEP IT IN FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 1HR.
  2. 2ND MARINATE WITH LEFT OTHER INGREDIENTS & KEEP ASIDE FOR MIN 30 MINS.
  3. PREHEAT OVEN(OR TANDOOR) FOR 10 MINS.NOW BAKE FOR 40 MINS BY SKEWER AFTER OIL BRUSHING.
  4. SERVE HOT WITH PARATHAS.
