INGREDIENTS

                       4TBSP OIL,300 GM JULIENED CUT BONELESS CHICKEN,4 SMALL CARDAMOM,1 CINNAMON STICK,3 CLOVES,1TEASP TURMERIC POWDER,1TEASP CORRIANDER POWDER,1 TEASP CUMIN POWDER,1 TBSP KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER,1TOMATO CHOPPED,SALT,2LARGE ONIONS CHOPPED,1 TEASP GARAM MASHLA POWDER,2TBSP CASHEW PASTE,2TBSP FRESH CREAM,100 GM CURD,1TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,CHOPPED CORRIANDER LEAVES,1TBSP BUTTER,1TBSP KASURI METHI,1 BOILED EGG.

 PROCESS

  1. HEAT REFINED OIL IN A KADHAI.SAUTE WHOLE GARAM MASHLA FOR FEW MINS.
  2.   NOW ADD CHOPPED ONIONS & SAUTE IT.
  3. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE & SAUTE IT.
  4.   ADD TURMERIC POWDER,TOMATO,CHILLI POWDER,CUMIN POWDER, CORRIANDER POWDER & STIR FOR 5 MINS IN SLOW FLAME.THEN ADD LITTLE WATER.ADD SALT.
  5. ADD CHICKEN & SAUTE FOR 10 MINS IN SLOW FLAME.
  6. ADD CURD & CASHEW PASTE & SAUTE.TAKE LEAD ON & KEEP COOKING FOR 5MINS.
  7. ADD BUTTER,CREAM & KASURI METHI,CHOPPED CORRIANDER & 1 BOILED EGG.
  8. SERVE WITH NUN OR PARATHAS.
