INGREDIENTS

                          500 GM COTTAGE CHEESE(PANEER) CUBED,200 GM HUNG CURD,2TBSP GRAM FLOUR,1 TEASP TURMERIC POWDER,2TBSP BUTTER,1 PINCH SAFFRON,CUMIN POWDER 2 TEASP,CORRIANDER POWDER 2 TEASP, SALT,2TBSP PROCESSED CHEESE,1 GREEN CHILLI,KASHMIRI CHILLI PASTE 1TBSP,RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TEASP,GREEN-RED-YELLOW BELLPEPPER DICED, CASHEW PASTE 1TBSP,1BUNCH CORRIANDER,2 BUNCH PUDINA(MINT) LEAVES,1 ONION DICED,5TBSP OIL,1TBSP ELAICHI POWDER,1TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE.

PROCESS

  1. SET UP 4 DIFFERENT MARINATION.

       WHITE MARINATION– MIX CURD,PROCESSED CHEESE,SALT,GREEN CHILLI,ELAICHI POWDER,CUMIN & CORRIANDER POWDER,SAFFRON.NOW MARINATE SOME PANEER PIECES INTO IT.

      GREEN MARINATION– MIX CURD,GINGER GARLIC PASTE,CORRIANDER, MINT,SALT IN A BLENDER.NOW MARINATE SOME PANEER PIECES INTO IT.

     RED MARINATION– MIX CURD,CHILLI POWDER,CHILLI PASTE,SALT,CUMIN & CORRIANDER POWDER,GINGER GARLIC PASTE.NOW MARINATE SOME PANEER PIECES.

    YELLOW MARINATION– IN A PAN ADD BUTTER.THEN SAUTE GRAM FLOUR & PINCH OF TURMERIC POWDER,SALT.THEN MARINATE PANEER CUBES WITH IT.ALSO ADD CUMIN POWDER,CHILLI.

  1. TAKE A SKEWER & ARRANGE 4 PANEER CUBES WITH BELLPEPPER & ONION.
  2. PREHEAT OVEN INTO 180 DEGREE FOR 15 MINS.
  3. NOW COOK FOR 10 MINS IN OVEN WITH OIL BRUSHING.
  4. SERVE HOT.
