INGREDIENTS

                      
CHICKEN MINCE 200GMS,CORIANDER LEAVES(CHOPPED) 1 TBS,SPRING ONIONS WHITE PART(CHOPPED) 1 TBS,SALT TO TASTE,EGG 1 NOS,OIL 1 TBS,GARLIC (CHOPPED) 1 TSP,DRY RED CHILLY 2 NOS,
GINGER(CHOPPED) 1 TSP,SOYA SAUCE 1 TSP,RED CHILLY PASTE 1 TSP,SWEET CHILLI SAUCE 1 TSP,CORN FLOUR 1 TSP,OIL,GRATED CHEESE 20 GM.

PROCESS:

1. TAKE A PAN AND ADD WATER ALLOW IT TO BOIL.

2. TAKE A BOWL AND ADD CHICKEN MINCE, CORIANDER LEAVES, SPRING ONIONS WHITE PART, LITTLE SALT, LITTLE EGG,CORNFLOUR AND MIX NICELY.

3. TAKE SMALL DUMPLING AND MAKE ROUND BALLS & STUFF WITH CHEESE.FRY IN HOT OIL.

4. HEAT OIL IN A PAN AND ADD GARLIC, DRY RED CHILLY PIECES, GINGER AND SAUTE IT.

5. TO IT ADD SOYA SAUCE, RED CHILLY PASTE, SWEET CHILLI SAUCE AND SAUTE IT, LATER ADD CHICKEN BALL & TOSS.

6. CHECK FOR SEASONING AND ADD SALT.

7. NOW SPICY CHICKEN BALL ARE READY TO SERVE.
