  INGREDIENTS

                       1KG CHICKEN(BIG PIECES),200 GM CURD,SALT,3 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,1 TEASP WHITE PEPPER POWDER,1 TEASP ELAICHI POWDER, DRY ROSE PETTELS,3 LARGE CHOPPED ONIONS,5 TBSP GHEE OR OIL,1 TBSP GREEN CHILLI PASTE,100 GM GRATED MAWA(KHOYA KHEER),2TBSP MELON SEED PASTE,2TBSP CASHEW PASTE,PISTACHIO,SILVER WARQ,ALMOND, FRESH CREAM 2TBSP,1 DROP ROSE WATER.

PROCESS

  1. MARINATE THE CHICKEN FOR 1-2 HRS WITH CURD,SALT,ELAICHI POWDER,PEPPER POWDER,ROSE PETTELS,GINGER GARLIC PASTE.
  2. HEAT GHEE ON A PAN.FRY ONIONS,ADD SALT & CHILLI PASTE.ADD MAWA & MELON SEED PASTE,CASHEW PASTE.STIR WELL.
  3. ADD CHICKEN,STIR WELL & ADD WATER.BOIL IT.
  4. ADD PISTA,ALMOND,ROSE WATER,DRY ROSE PETTELS,FRESH CREAM.
  5. DECORATE WITH SILVER WARQ & SERVE HOT.
