SHAHI TUKDA (DOUBLE KA MEETHA)

Its an awsmmm hyderabadi sweet delicacy….with bread & very easy to cook….enjoyy it in a party or festive mood….

INGREDIENTS

                       12 SMALL BREAD PIECES (1 LARGE PIECE CUT INTO 4), 6TBSP GHEE,PINCH OF SAFFRON,1/2 LTR COW MILK,1/2 CUP SUGAR,1TEASP ELAICHI POWDER,1 TEASP KEWRA WATER,PISTACHIO,SILVER WARQ,CASHEW.

   PROCESS

  1. FRY THE BREAD PIECES IN GHEE ON MEDIUM HOT PAN.
  2. MAKE SUGAR SYRUP BY BOILING OF ½ CUP SUGAR WITH 1 CUP WATER.

      (CHECK 1 STRING CONSISTENCY).ADD SAFFRON INTO THIS.

  1. BOIL THE MILK FOR 30 MINS UNTIL IT BECOME THICKEN & ADD ELAICHI POWDER & 1TBSP SUGAR.
  2. NOW SOAK THE FRIED BREADS INTO SUGAR SYRUP.
  3. TAKE A SERVINNG PLATTER & ARRANGE THE BREADS & THEN POUR THE MILK & PISTACHIO,CASHEW,SILVER WARQ,KEWRA WATER.

                6. SERVE AFTER MIN.1 HR, KEEPING INTO REFRIGERATOR.
