  INGREDIENTS

                      3 CUPS COOKED RICE,2 MEDIUM ONION FINELY CHOPPED, 10 BEANS CHOPPED,1 CARROT CHOPPED FINELY,1/4TH CABBAGE FINELE CHOPPED,3 STALKS SPRING ONION GREEN SLICED,5 GARLIC CLOVES,4TBSP OIL,SALT,1 TEASPOON SOYA SAUCE,1/2 TBSP VINEGAR,GREEN/RED/YELLOW BELLPEPPERS CUT FINELY.

PROCESS

  1. HEAT OIL IN A NON STICK WOK.ADD GARLIC & STIR FRY FOR 2MINS.ADD ONIONS,BEANS,CARROTS,CABBAGES,HALF SPRING ONION GREENS,BELLPEPPERS.STIR FRY FOR 2-4 MINS.
  2. ADD SALT & SOY SAUCE & MIX WELL.
  3. ADD BOILED RICE & ADJUST SEASONING.
  4. STIR IN THE VINEGAR & COOK 2 MINS.
  5. GARNISH WITH REMAINING SPRING ONION & SERVE HOT.
