INGREDIENTS

                      10 CHICKEN LOLLIPOPS,2TBSP LIME JUICE,10 GARLIC CLOVES CHOPPED,1TBSP CHOPPED GINGER,SALT,OIL FOR DEEP FRY AND STIR FRY,1 LARGE ONIONS, 1 BUNCH CORIANDER CHOPPED,1 BUNCH GARLIC LEAVES CHOPPED,PINCH OF SUGAR,2 TBSP GREEN CHILLI PASTE,1 EGG,1/2 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, ½ CUP CORNFLOUR,1 TEASP PEPPER POWDER,RED/YELLOW/GREEN CAPSICUM FOR GARNISHING,100 GM THICK YOGURT,1TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE.

PROCESS

  1. MARINATE THE LOLLIPOPS WITH GINGER GARLIC PASTE,SALT,YOGURT,1TBSP CHILLI PASTE,1TBSP LIME JUICE.KEEP IT FOR 3-4 HOUR.
  2. MAKE THICK BATTER WITH EGG,CORNFLOUR,ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, SALT,PEPPER POWDER & LITTLE WATER.COAT ALL LOLLIPOPS INTO IT.
  3. HEAT OIL IN KADHAI & DEEP FRY THE LOLLIPOPS.
  4. HEAT 4 TBSP OIL IN A WOK.SAUTE GARLIC,GINGER & ONION FOR 2MINS.ADD CORIANDER LEAVES & GARLIC LEAVES.ADD GREEN CHILLI PASTE & TOSS.TRY TO TOSS IN MAX FLAME.ADD SUGAR & LITTLE WATER.
  5. NOW ADD LOLLIPOPS & TOSS WELL.ADD 1TBSP LIME JUICE.

    6. GARNISH WITH CAPSICUM & SERVE.
