                         10 JUMBO PRAWNS,RED/GREEN/YELLOW BELLPEPPER CUBED 1 EACH,SALT,TOMATO SAUCE 2TBSP,SWEET CHILLI SAUCE 2TBSP, SOYA SAUCE 1TBSP,VINIGAR 1 TEASP,CORNFLOUR 2TBSP,1 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER,OIL FOR DEEP FRY & SAUTE,PINCH OF SUGAR,1TBSP LEMON JUICE, 10 GARLIC CLOVES CHOPPED,ROASTED CASHEW,1TBSP CHOPPED GINGER,CHILLI PASTE 2TBSP.

 PROCESS

  1. MARINADE PRAWN WITH SALT,1 TBSP SOYA SAUCE,CORNFLOUR,LEMON JUICE & KEEP ASIDE FOR 15 MINS.
  2. DEEP FRY THE PRAWNS IN A KADHAI.
  3. FOR SAUCE,TAKE FEW DROP OIL IN WOK.ADD GINGER,GARLIC.NICELY SAUTE FOR 2MINS.ADD BELLPEPPERS & TOSS.NOW ADD TOMATO SAUCE,SWEET CHILLI SAUCE & TOSS.
  4. ADD SOYA SAUCE,SALT,PINCH OF SUGAR,RED CHILLI PASTE & SAUTE 1MINS.ADD VINIGAR.
  5. NOW ADD PRAWNS & TOSS IN HIGH FLAME.ADD LITTLE WATER & SAUTE.ADD CASHEW.
  6. SERVE HOT.
