INGREDIENTS

1 BUNCH CORIANDER LEAVES,1 TSP CORINADER POWDER,2INCH CINNAMON STICK,2 ELAICHI,1TSP CUMIN POWDER,1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,1 SMALL LEMON,500 GRAMS LIVER,4 TBSP OIL,1 CUP ONIONS,1 TBSP RED CHILI POWDER,1 TO TASTE SALT,1 PINCH TURMERIC,AS NEEDED  WATER,1/2 CUP ONION & GREEN CHILLI PASTE,I TBSP FRESH CREAM,1 TBSP KASURI METHI,1 TOMATOES CHOPPED.

PROCESS
            1. HEAT OIL IN A PAN.ADD GARAM MASHALAS.THEN ADD  ONION.FRY FOR 3MINS.

  1. NOW ADD GINGER,GARLIC & SAUTE FOR 2MINS.ADD ONION PASTE & COOK FOR 5 MINS.
  2. NOW ADD LIVER CUT INTO SMALL PIECES (NOT SO SMALL).ADD CUMIN,CORIANDER POWDER & TURMERIC.NICELY COOK FOR 10 MINS.
  3. NOW ADD CHILLI POWDER & TOMATOES. ADD SOME WATER & PUT THE LID ON.COOK FOR 10 MINS.
  4. CHECK , IF IT NEEDED COOK FEW MORE MINS.

    6. ADD CORIANDER & STIR WELL.

  1. NOW ADD KASURI METHI & FRESH CREAM..
  2. SERVE HOT WITH ROTI,PARATHAS OR RICE.

 N.B- YOU CAN ADD POTATOES CUT INTO SMALL BEFORE ADDING LIVER.
