INGREDIENTS-

                           1 KG BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST CUT INTO CUBES, 200 GM HUNG CURD,4TBSP FRESH CREAM,30 GM CHEESE,SALT,1 BUNCH CHOPPED CORIANDER,1 EGG,2TBSP GRAM FLOUR,2TBSP BUTTER,OIL,1 CINAMON STICK,2 GREEN CARDAMOM,2TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,3 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES,CHOPPED GINGER & GARLIC 1TBSP EACH,WHITE PEPPER POWDER 1 TEASP.

PROCESS

  1. 1ST MARINATION

                                       MARINATE THE CHICKEN PIECES WITH CURD,SALT,FRESH CREAM,CHEESE,GINGER GARLIC PASTE,WHITE PEPPER POWDER,EGG & KEEP IN REFREGERATOR FOR AT LEAST 7-8 HOURS.

  1. 2ND MARINATION

                                     TAKE BUTTER & OIL IN A PAN.ADD WHOLE SPICES & SAUTE.THEN ADD GRAM FLOUR & SAUTE.NOW ADD CHILLIES & CHOPPED GINGER,GARLIC.

NOW ADD THIS INTO MARINATION , ADD CORIANDER,OIL & KEEP FOR ANOTHER 1 HR.

  1. PREHEAT OVEN AT HIGHEST POSSIBLE TEMP. FOR 10 MINS & THEN PUT THE SKEWER INTO OVEN & COOK FOR 35 MINS.BRUSH OIL OR BUTTER.

SPRINKLE CHAT MASHLA.SERVE HOT.

  N.B- ALWAYS USE TOWEL TO DRY THE CHICKEN COMPLETELY.REMEMBER…. MOISTURE IS ENEMY OF ANY KIND OF KEBAB.
