INGREDIENTS- 50 CHICKEN RESHMI KEBABS (https://sayanskitchen.wordpress.com/2015/11/19/chicken-reshmi-kebab/),100 GM HUNG CURD,2TBSP CASHEW NUT PASTE,SALT,2TBSP FRESH CREAM,4TBSP BUTTER,2TBSP OIL,2TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,1/2 CUP ONION PASTE,1TBSP CHILLI POWDER,MILK 1/2 CUP,1TBSP WHITE PEPPER POWDER.

PROCESS-
1. TAKE OIL IN A PAN.AFTER HEATING ADD ONION PASTE. SAUTE TILL THE RAW FLAVOUR HAS GONE.

2. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE & SAUTE.

3. ADD WHITE PEPPER POWDER & HUNG CURD.SAUTE WELL.ADD CASHEW NUT PASTE.

4. NOW ADD CHILLI POWDER & SAULT.

5. ADD MILK AND BUTTER.COOKE WELL.

6. NOW ADD CHICKEN PIECES & COOK FOR A FEW MINS.

7. SWITCH OFF THE FLAME & ADD FRESH CREAM.

8. SERVE HOT WITH NAAN.
