INGREDIENTS- FOR 20 LADDU-
2 CUP WHEAT FLOUR (ATTA),1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR,200 GM GHEE,CHOPPED DRY FRUITS,50 GM GOND(EDIBLE GUM),3-4 TBSP MILK,1TEASP ELAICHI POWDER,4TBSP GRATED COCONUT.
PROCESS-
1. FRY WELL GOND IN GHEE(150 GM) IN A PAN FOR 2 MINS.
2. THEN FRY CHOPPED DRY FRUITS IN THAT GHEE 1MIN.
3. NOW FRY WHEAT FLOUR IN REST GHEE FOR 3MINS.
4. MIX WELL SUGAR AND MILK AND CHOPPED FRUITS IN WHEAT FLOUR.ALSO CRUSH THE GOND & ADD INTO FLOUR.
5. NOW MAKE LADDU LIKE BALLS WITH THIS MIXTURE & USE GHEE IN YOUR HAND.USE RESTOVER GHEE TO MAKE LADDU.
6. SERVE WITH SWEET SMILE.
TIPS- USE HOT GHEE TO MAKE LADDU IN LAST STEP & DONT STORE THE LADDU IN REFREGERATOR AFTER COMPLETATION.KEEP IT IN ANY AIRTIGHT CONTAINER.
