INGREDIENTS- 1CAULIFLOWER CUT INTO BIG FLORETS,1TEASP TURMERIC POWDER,SALT,3 TBSP GRAM FLOUR,1/4TH CUP MUSTARD OIL,CHOPPED DRY FRUITS,2TBSP BUTTER,1TBSP KASURI METHI POWDER,1 BUNCH CORIANDER CHOPPED,1 CUP MILK,1 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER,1 TEASP CHAT MASHALA,100 GM HUNG CURD,100 GM GRATED PANEER,2 GREEN CHILLIES.

PROCESS-

1. HALF BOIL THE FLORETS OF CAULIFLOWER WITH PINCH OF TURMERIC IN WATER.

2. DRY ROAST CHOPPED DRY FRUITS ON PAN.

3. NOW MIX IT WITH PANEER,CHAT MASHLA,CORIANDER.

4. STUFF THIS MIXTURE IN THE BACK OF CAULIFLOWER FLORETS LIKE PICTURE.TAKE HELP OF WET MASLIN CLOTH TO PRESS IT.PLACE THEM IN OVEN BOWL.

5.  HEAT OIL IN A PAN & ADD GRAM FLOUR.SAUTE 1 MIN.

6. NOW SWITCH OFF FLAME & ADD SALT,RED CHILLI POWDER,KASURI METHI POWDER,CURD,MILK,GREEN CHILLIES & MIX WELL.

7. POUR THE BATTER ON GOBI(CAULIFLOWER).ADD BUTTER.

8. NOW BAKE AT 160 DEGREE FOR 8-10 MINS.

9. SERVE HOT.
