INGREDIENTS-

                           500GM CHICKEN BREAST CUT INTO CUBES,SALT,2TBSP SHEZWAN SAUCE,100 GM HUNG CURD,1 LARGE ONION CUT INTO CUBES, RED/YELLOW CAPSICUM CUBED,OIL FOR BRUSHING,1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE.

   PROCESS

  1. 1ST MARINATION

                                              MARINATE CHICKEN PIECES WITH HUNG CURD,SALT,ONION,CAPSICUM,GINGER GARLIC PASTE & KEEP ASIDE FOR MIN 3HRS.

  1.   2ND MARINATION

                                            MARINATE AGAIN WITH SHEZWAN SAUCE & KEEP ASIE FOR 1 HR.

  1. PREHEAT OVEN @180 DEGREE FOR 15 MINS.
  2. PREPARE YOUR SKEWER WITH CHICKEN,ONION & CAPSICUM.BRUSH OIL.COOK FOR AROUND 35 MINS.

                5.  SERVE HOT.
