INGREDIENTS- 500 GM LAMB,1 TEASP TURMERIC POWDER,1 TEASP KASHMIRI MIRCH POWDER,1/2 TOMATO SLICED,SALT,1TEASP ROASTED FENNEL SEED POWDER,2TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,3TBSP GHEE,1 BAYLEAF,CINNAMON STICK,4 CLOVES,2TBSP GRATED COCONUT,5-6 CURRY LEAVES,1/2 CUP BOILED ONION,2 LARGE ONION CHOPPED,1 BLACK CARDAMOM,3 GREEN CARDAMOM,1 DRY RED CHILLI,2 GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED.

PROCESS-

1. BOIL THE LAMB WITH GREEN & BLACK CARDAMOM,CLOVES,CINNAMON STICK,ROASTED FENNEL SEED POWDER,SALT.KEEP THE STOCK ASIDE.

2. HEAT A PAN.ADD GHEE OR CLARIFIED BUTTER.ADD CLOVES, CINNAMON STICK,GREEN CARDAMOM,1 DRY RED CHILLI,1 BAY LEAF. SAUTE NICELY.

3. ADD BOILED ONION PASTE,CHOPPED ONION.COOK NICELY.NOW ADD KASHMIRI RED CHILLI,TURMERIC POWDER.ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE.COOK NICELY.

4. ADD LAMB STOCK AND COOK.ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI,TOMATOES.NOW ADD CURRY LEAVES,GRATED COCONUT.

5. ADD LAMB INTO GRAVY & TOSS NICELY TO COAT THE LAMB.ADD PINCH OF ROASTED FENNEL SEED POWDER.

6. SERVE HOT.
