INGREDIENTS- 300 GM COTTAGE CHEESE (PANEER),1 TEASP CUMIN POWDER,1TEASP CORIANDER POWDER,SALT,1 TEASP TURMERIC POWDER,1 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER,1TBSP DRY FENUGREEK LEAVES (KASURI METHI),2 LARGE ONION CHOPPED,1 TOMATO CHOPPED,2TBSP FRESH CREAM,1TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,4 TBSP OIL.

PROCESS-

1.  HEAT OIL IN A PAN.THEN NICELY SAUTE CHOPPED ONION.

2. NOW ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE,CUMIN & CORIANDER POWDER.SAUTE FOR 1 MIN.ADD TURMERIC POWDER.

3. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER,SALT  & TOMATO.SAUTE FOR 2 MIN.

4. NOW THIS MIXER PUT INTO A BLENDER & MIX WELL.

5. AGAIN POUR IT INTO PAN & ADD A LITTLE WATER.BOIL FOR 1 MIN.

6. ADD FENUGREEK LEAVES. STIR.

7. NOW ADD FRESH CREAM & PANEER CUBES.

8. COOK FOR 2 MINS & THEN SERVE HOT WITH ROTI,PARATHA,NAAN.
