PAAN KULFI (BETEL LEAF)

INGREDIENTS- 4 SWEET BETEL LEAVES (MITHA PAAN),1TBSP GULKAND, 1/2 LTR MILK,2TBSP FENNEL SEED,5 TBSP SUGAR,4 TBSP KHOYA,TUTTI FRUTTI,CASHEW.

PROCESS-

1. BOIL & REDUCE THE MILK WELL.STIR IT WELL.ADD SUGAR.MIX KHOYA INTO MILK.

2. NOW IN A MIXER MIX FENNEL SEED,BETEL LEAVES.

3. ADD THIS MIX INTO MILK.ALSO ADD GULKAND & STIR WELL.ADD SOME FENNEL SEED AGAIN.

4. NOW KEEP IT ASIDE TILL IT COOLS DOWN.

5. POUR THE MIX INTO KULFI MOULD & KEEP IN FREEZER FOR 7-8 HRS.

6. SERVE WITH A SMILE…..
