INGREDIENTS- 500 GM BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST CUT INTO STRIPS, 5 TBSP CORNFLOUR,SALT.1 EGG,OIL TO DEEP FRY,3TBSP OIL,ROASTED CASHEW NUTS 6-8,RED/YELLOW/GREEN BELLPEPPER CUBED 1 EACH, 100 GM YOGURT,1TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER,1TBSP CHILLI GARLIC PASTE,8-10 CLOVES GARLIC,1TBSP CHOPPED GINGER,3TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP,2TBSP SOYA SAUCE,1BUNCH CHOPPED GREEN ONION,1 BUNCH CHOPPED GARLIC LEAVES,1 CUP CHICKEN STOCK,1TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER,1TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,6-8 ROASTED CASHEWNUT.

PROCESS-

1. MARINADE CHICKEN STRIPS WITH CURD,SALT,GINGER GARLIC PASTE,CHILLI POWDER & KEEP ASIDE FOR 3-4 HRS.

2. NOW MIX CORNFLOUR,EGG & LITTLE CHICKEN STOCK TO MAKE BATTER.POUR THE CHICKEN STRIPS INTO IT,COAT WELL  & DEEP FRY IN OIL.

3. FOR  SAUCE,TAKE OIL IN A WOK.ADD CHOPPED GINGER & GARLIC.NICELY SAUTE.THEN ADD BELLPEPPERS & CHILLI GARLIC PASTE.TOSS WELL.

4. ADD TOMATO KETCHUP & SOYA SAUCE.MIX WELL.NOW ADD CHOPPED GREEN ONION & GARLIC LEAVES.

5. TOSS WELL IN HIGH FLAME.NOW ADD LITTLE CHICKEN STOCK & PINCH OF SALT.ADD FRIED CHICKEN STRIPS.COAT WELL.

6. GARNISH WITH SPRING ONION & ROASTED CASHEWNUT & SERVE.
