INGREDIENTS- 250 GM HUNG CURD,500 GM CHICKEN (BONELESS OR WITHBONE),SALT,4 GREEN CHILLIES,1TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,2 ONION CHOPPED,1 TEASP CARDAMOM POWDER,1 TBSP BUTTER,2 ONION CHOPPED,CHOPPED CORIANDER 1 BUNCH.

PROCESS-

1. MAKE A PASTE OF 2 CHILLIES.

2. MARINATE THE CHICKEN PIECES WITH CURD,CHILLI PASTE,GINGER GARLIC PASTE,ELAICHI POWDER,SALT.KEEP IT ASIDE FOR MIN 3 HRS.

3. HEAT UP A PAN.ADD BUTTER.NOW ADD ONION & 2 CHILLIES.SAUTE IT TILL ONION BECOME LIGHT PINK.DONOT FRY IT TILL BROWN.

4. NOW ADD CHICKEN.COOK 2 MINS.PUT A LEAD ON AND COOK FOR 15 MINS.

5. NOW OPEN IT & ADD LITTLE WATER IF U NEED A GRAVY.

6. SERVE HOT WITH ROTI,PARATHA,NAAN.

NB.- YOU CAN FEEL A BEAUTIFUL AROMA OF GREEN CHILLI AROUND YOU.
