PRAWN MALAICURRY

INGREDIENTS- 10 PIECE JUMBO PRAWNS,50 GM GRATED KHOYA KHEER,

SALT,1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED,1 TEASP GINGER,1 DRY RED CHILLI, 1/2 TOMATO,1 CUP COCONUT MILK,2 TBSP CASHEW NUT-MELON SEED PASTE,BAYLEAF,CINNAMON STICK,3-4 TBSP OIL,3 GREEN CARDAMOM,PINCH OF SUGAR(VERY LITTLE),1 TEASP TURMERIC POWDER,2 GREEN CHILLIES, 1/2 TBSP GHEE,PINCH OF GARAM MASHALA.

PROCESS-

1. MAKE A PASTE OF ONION,TOMATO,GINGER,DRY RED CHILLI.

MAKE ANOTHER 2 PASTE OF CASHEW NUT & MELON SEED SEPERATELY.

2. DEEP FRY THE PRAWNS A LITTLE.DONT OVERFRY PLEASE.

3. HEAT UP OIL IN A PAN.ADD CINNAMON STICK,CARDAMOM,BAY LEAF.SAUTE A LITTLE BIT.THEN ADD THE 1ST PASTE OF ONION,GINGER,TOMATO,RED CHILLI.COOK WELL.

4. NOW ADD CASHEW PASTE & MELON SEED PASTE.COOK WELL.ADD SALT,TURMERIC POWDER,GREEN CHILLI & PINCH OF SUGAR.

5. NOW ADD COCONUT MILK.BOIL THE GRAVY.

6. ADD THE FRIED PRAWNS.ADD GRATED KHOYA KHEER.STIR WELL.

7. NOW ADD GARAM MASHLA POWDER FROM TOP & SERVE.
