INGREDIENTS- 300 GM COTTAGE CHEESE,10-12 PIECES GARLIC CLOVES CHOPPED, SALT, 1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED,2 GREEN CHILLIES CHOPPED,SPRING ONION CHOPPED,1 BUNCH GARLIC LEAVES CHOPPED,2TBSP SOYA SAUCE,2TBSP SWEET CHILLI SAUCE,3 TBSP CORNFLOUR,1TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,1TBSP CHILLI GARLIC PASTE,OIL FOR DEEP FRY,3TBSP OIL FOR SAUCE,1 BELLPEPPER CUBED.

PROCESS-

1. MARINATE PANEER CUBES WITH GINGER GARLIC PASTE,SALT,1TBSP CORNFLOUR FOR 10 MINS & DEEP FRY.(DONT OVERFRY PLEASE)

2. TO MAKE MANCHURIAN SAUCE,HEAT UP PAN WITH 3TBSP OIL.

3. ADD ONION.COOK TILL LIGHT PINK IN COLOR.NOW ADD CHOPPED GARLIC & CHILLIES.TOSS WELL.ADD BELLPEPPER.

4. ADD CHILLI GARLIC PASTE,GARLIC LEAVES & TOSS WELL.

5. NOW ADD SOYA SAUCE & SWEET CHILLI SAUCE.ADD WATER.

6. ADD A LITTLE SALT & BOIL IT.

7. NOW ADD CORNFLOUR SLURRY TO MAKE SAUCE THICKEN.ADD SPRING ONION & SOME GARLIC LEAVES.

8. ADD PANEER & COAT WELL.

9. SERVE HOT.
