INGREDIENTS-

2 CUP MILK,1/4TH CUP RICE PASTE,4 TBSP SUGAR,PINCH OF SAFFRON,1 DROP ROSE WATER.

PROCESS-

1. BOIL THE MILK & REDUCE IT FOR 20 MINS.

2. NOW ADD SUGAR AND RICE PASTE.AGAIN BOIL IT & STIR CONTINUOUSLY FOR 15 MINS.CHECK WHETHER THE MIXTURE HAS THICKEN & NO LUMPS IS THERE.

3. ADD SAFFRON & MIX WELL.

4. SWITCH OFF GAS & ADD ROSE WATER.

5. NOW POUR THE HOT PHIRNI IN EARTHEN POT (MITTI KE SAKORE).

KEEP IT ASIDE TO COOL DOWN AT LEAST HALF AN HOUR.

6. NOW SERVE IT.
