INGREDIENTS- 300 GM BONELESS CUBED CHICKEN,1TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE,100 GM HUNG CURD,25 GM PROCESSED CHEESE,1TBSP FRESH CREAM,SALT,1 TEASP CHILLI POWDER,PINCH OF SAFFRON,2 GANDHORAJ LIMES,CHOPPED CORIANDER,1 EGG,OIL FOR BRUSHING,CHAT  MASHALA.

PROCESS-

1. 1ST MARINATE THE CHICKEN PIECES WITH HUNG CURD,SALT,GINGER GARLIC PASTE,EGG,CHILLI POWDER,PROCESSED CHEESE,FRESH CREAM.KEEP IT ASIDE FOR ATLEAST 1HR.

2. 2ND MARINATE WITH SAFFRON,GANDHORAJ LIME ZEST & FEW DROPS & KEEP IT ASIDE FOR ATLEAST 1HR.

3. PREHEAT OVEN @180 DEGREE FOR 15 MINS.

4. BRUSH OIL ON CHICKEN PIECES & BAKE FOR 35 MINS.

5. SPRINKLE CHOPPED CORIANDER & CHAT MASHALA & GANDHORAJ.SERVE HOT.
